Katy Breen
Katy leads our customer engagement, partnerships, and service strategies. She blends deep industry insight with a people-first approach, ensuring clinicians and patients always feel supported.
Outside work, Katy co-founded the Young Entrepreneurs Club, inspiring school children to develop business ideas in Maidenhead. When she’s not working, she can be found renovating her home, practising yoga, jogging or walking with her dog, and caring for her pets. Above all, family time is paramount to her life.
Joanna Jarvis
Joanna brings a wealth of experience from the medical device industry, having worked in business development roles for major spinal device companies. When Joanna joined a French med-tech startup, she gained hands-on experience across all aspects of the company. Joanna is particularly passionate about working with innovative technologies and understands the critical role of ongoing clinical education ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Currently pursuing a Master’s in Human Rights, Joanna blends her strong business acumen with a commitment to ethical supply chain and business practices. Outside of work and study, she is dedicated to animal welfare and enjoys spending time caring for her rescue animals.
Helen Crook
Helen leads on the technical aspects of the business. With a background in management and business consultancy, she combines operational expertise with a focus on precision and detail, ensuring the highest standards from first engagement through to delivery. She combines strong technical insight with a focus on delivering exceptional service, building relationships, and driving positive outcomes for patients and clinicians alike.
Passionate about sustainability, Helen is undertaking a rewilding course with the long-term goal of leading rewilding projects. She enjoys outdoor swimming, hiking, and spending time in nature.
